How to Make

  • Preheat the oven at 180C.
  • Defrost the pastry squares and place them on a rectangular pan covered with baking paper
  • Using a circular cutter, create cricles with the puff pastry, and remove excess dough
  • Use a smaller circular cutter and press in the middle of half the amount of squares
  • Brush with egg and bake until golden brown
  • In a seperate Bowl, mix the labneh with all the vegetables, then sprinkle with zaatar and drizzle with a bit of oil
