Dust a flat surface with flour. spread with Nutella, leaving a 2 cm gap at one end of the sheet.
Brush the end with egg, and roll up the pastry, wrap in film and chill for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 180c degrees, remove the pastry roll from the fridge, using sharp knife cut into 2cm equal pieces, lay them flat on a lined baking sheet and brush with egg.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Drizzle over the honey, grate over the chocolate and top with chopped cashew nuts, now enjoy.
