Boil some water in a pan and place a glass bowl on top. Break the plain chocolate and melt.
Slice the avocado and place in a food processor. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla essence and the coconut milk.
Blend the ingredients for 10 minutes until smooth. When the chocolat has melted stir and remove from the heat.
Next, pour the mixture into glasses and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. To serve, grate over some chocolate and dust with cocoa powder and garnish with orange rind.
Alternatively, decorate with some mini eggs and orange rind.
